Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement. |

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in loss of your TrafficAsylum.com account(s), without recourse on your part.
Legal action will be pursued by the owners of TrafficAsylum.com for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you.
Simply put, DO NOT send SPAM or UCE. The consequences of this type of marketing can cause substantial damage for all parties involved. |
| As a member, you agree to receive discount offers, promotions and informative updates from TrafficAsylum.com to all email addresses on record. |
You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to TrafficAsylum.com created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our services. Only those who have access to your online banking account(s) may do so.
Cancellation of any subscription(s) may result in the immediate termination of all related accounts, regardless of the last successful payment date. TrafficAsylum.com shall not be held responsible for services and/or fees lost due to subscription cancellation.
In the event of a failed payment request for membership fees, your account will be re-billed one time, three days following the payment failure. Upon the second failed payment request in any given billing cycle, any related TrafficAsylum.com accounts and subscriptions will be terminated, without recourse on your part.

Sites containing or with links to hate, discriminatory or illegal content, pornography or warez are not allowed or tolerated.

| Only one account per user or IP address is permitted.

| A MAXIMUM of ONE POP-UP is permitted per website.

| No autoresponders, period! Do not use an email account with an autoresponder. One autoresponse message from your account is grounds for account deletion.

Your surf session must be in a full browser window. Any software found to be minimizing the browser display will be cause for immediate termination of the account.
